Founded in 1998 — 28 years of commercial construction experience in Chicago.
Chicago Construction Crew is a commercial general contractor based in Chicago specializing in interior tenant improvements, retail build-outs, restaurant construction, and medical office build-outs throughout the greater Chicago area. Our in-house trades include framing, drywall, drop ceilings, millwork, carpentry, concrete, commercial painting, commercial flooring, electrical, and HVAC.
We work directly with general contractors, developers, property managers, and business owners — managing every phase of commercial construction with hands-on attention, clear communication, and accountability at every step.

What We Specialize In
Our core work is commercial interior construction — the full scope of tenant improvement work that transforms empty shells into finished, functioning commercial spaces.
That means framing, drywall, drop ceilings, millwork, carpentry, concrete, commercial painting, commercial flooring, electrical, and HVAC — all coordinated under one contract with one point of contact. We also deliver pre-construction budgeting and scheduling for GCs and developers who need accurate numbers before breaking ground.
